Perfect. I wear a 14....and I bought the XXL. I'm 5'10, waist give or take 35\", hips 43\" and these have a high waist. These are long enough for me to wear with a 2 to 3\" heel with no problem. I'm literally stepping on them at my height....I actually like that.

I got the pant and really love the flowing quality of them and how they sit high on my waist. I am 5'1\" and 105 lbs. and the XS fits me well. I may get them hemmed a bit but no big deal. Its the fit and flow that count!
