I am 5'3 woman, around 225 lbs and the 2x sweater fits me. I believe even a 1x would have worked as these are oversized. I generally buy mens sweaters as the women versions often are too short to cover my belly; It should work well in many colder/cold weather conditions and look great with jeans, dickies, slacks and even dress pants. This sweater has a nice, but not too heavy weight to it, making it pretty comfortable for all day wear.

Hi! I recommend sizing up one or maybe even two sizes. Let me explain: I have this sweater in two sizes - medium and large. In.other sweaters, I’m often a medium and sometimes a small. On me, this sweater looks best in large. The medium doesn't quite look oversized in a cool and intentional way; it just looks like it doesn't fit me right. The large one looks properly oversized and chic. (For reference, I’m 29” at the waist and a 34C or D. I’m 5’8” and weigh between 140 and 145 pounds.)The fabric is lightweight and still hangs nicely. It's ultra soft and feels cozy, but not stiflingly warm.

The v-neck on cable knit is stylish and versatile enough it can be worn with a pair of jeans, khakis or dress pants. I got an X-Large and am 5’6, 240 lbs and it fit well. Not tight at all, loose enough it felt comfortable but not oversized. The sleeves come just slightly past my wrist and the waist band fell just at the center of my hips. If you want the oversized look, you may want to go up one size. I look forward to getting to wear this sweater because I love it so much…so come on sweater weather!!

This is so cute on and can be dressed up or down. It is soft and warm and the fit is exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend :)
