I bought the size medium and am 152 pounds and 5'8\" and it fits perfectly (36A bust and 27 1/2\" waist and 41\" hips). The length comes to about mid lower belly, but its very flattering even with a belly that isn't totally flat.

Really great top
This is a really high quality top for the price. The meeting him at me perfect and I am 5 foot 7 145 pounds. The sleeves are just perfect in length. I could use one more inch but they are Ok as is.
